Provence Tomato Cake

Gateau provencal Traditionnel des AndreottiIngredients :

- 3 oeufs entiers (3 large eggs)

- 227g de concentre de Tomate (8oz of tomato sauce = 1can)

- 1/4 l d'huile de mais (1 cup of corn oil)

- 150g de sucre (1 cup of Sugar)

- 325g de Farine menagere (2 1/4 cup of all purpose flour)

- 1 sachet de levure chimique (1 tea spoon of Baking powder)

- 2 sachet de sucre vanille (2 doses of vanilla sugar) -if you don't find, add instead 2 pea spoon of sugar and a table spoon of vanilla extract-

- 1 zest of an orange (grate the skin of one orange)

- 1 cuillere a cafe de bicarbonate de soude (1 tea spoon of baking soda)

- 1 pincee de muscade (1 pinch of nutmeg), 1 pincee de cannelle (1 pinch of cinnamon), 1 pincee de paprika (1 pinch of Paprika)

- 1 moule a savarin ou a charlotte (a ring mold or any cake mold)

French ChefDans une terinne, battre ensemble les oeufs, le sucre, le sucre vanille et l huile jusqu a ce que le melange blanchisse.In a bowl, beat together the eggs, the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the oil until the mixture whitens.
